Position: Receptionist/Recruiter
Location: Secaucus, NJ
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the Clinical Research Center, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment.
- Manage visitor interactions, including sign-in and sign-out procedures for research participants.
- Facilitate communication with study volunteers, sponsors, vendors, and other stakeholders by directing calls to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain the appointment calendar and coordinate travel arrangements, while preparing and producing business correspondence and reports.
- Edit and review documents, responding to inquiries that require knowledge of departmental policies and procedures.
- Assist in the screening and enrollment process of study subjects, actively participating in recruitment efforts.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced setting, working collaboratively as part of a team.
- Possess familiarity with eligibility criteria and study protocols, effectively communicating these to potential participants.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a receptionist role within a healthcare or research organization.
- Proficient in problem-solving, effective communication (both verbal and written), and document management.
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; typing speed of at least 50 WPM.
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are highly desirable.
