Key Responsibilities:
- Provide real-time support to customers through live chat, resolving their queries and issues efficiently.
- Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner, responding to their inquiries and concerns.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or department.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the customer experience.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in typing and using live chat software.
