Job Description and Duties

This position is a limited-term opportunity with the possibility of becoming permanent. Under the direction of the Information Technology Manager I, the position is responsible for providing first-line technical support to maintain PERB's IT infrastructure while fully complying with the Statewide Information Management Manual (SIMM) section 5300 and standards set forth by the California Department of Technology.

The position will work in areas such as Desktop Support, Server Support, Network Support, and Application Support. You will find additional information about the job in the California State Civil Service Employee Benefits Summary and Additional Information sections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line technical support to maintain PERB's IT infrastructure
