Job Title: IT Manager - Information Technology
The Inspector General's Office is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our Information Technology Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the unit's infrastructure, help desk, and DevOps teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to the Information Technology Unit's Infrastructure, Help Desk, and DevOps teams.
- Plan, organize, and direct policy, standards, and policy compliance activities for internal users access and IT ticket resolutions.
- Manage internal MacBook and Windows PCs administrative controls, network infrastructure controls, and DevOps support.
- Ensure security compliance assessments, gather security requirements, and monitor legislation.
- Provide advice and consultation services on information security policy matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with security compliance and DevOps.
