Job Title: VP, E-Commerce

Justrite Safety Group is a leading industrial safety company that protects workers, workplaces, and the environment with a comprehensive range of safety solutions. We are seeking a highly experienced VP of E-commerce to lead our digital commerce efforts and drive revenue growth.

Job Summary:

The VP of E-commerce will be responsible for developing and executing our e-commerce strategy to drive revenue growth and enhance the customer experience. This includes leading a dedicated team of e-commerce professionals, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing relationships with e-commerce platform providers and technology vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership for online marketing and e-commerce operations
  • Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive revenue growth and customer engagement
  • Lead a team of e-commerce professionals to optimize online sales channels and maximize profitability
  • Manage relationships with e-commerce platform providers, technology vendors, and third-party service providers
  • Collaborate with marketing and demand generation teams to populate the site with content and capture incoming sales leads
  • Analyze e-commerce performance metrics and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for site improvement
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing
Requirements:
  • 10-15 years of relevant working experience in e-commerce leadership
  • Proven track record as a leader of growing an e-commerce brand
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners and business stakeholders
  • Past experience managing a P&L and driving revenue growth
  • Demonstrate knowledge in all areas of e-commerce, including organic and paid search, site design, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media
  • Leadership skills in driving cross-functional teams toward common goals
  • Leadership experience with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
