Job Title: VP, E-Commerce

Justrite Manufacturing is a leading industrial safety company with a growing portfolio of businesses. We are seeking an experienced VP, E-Commerce to lead our digital commerce efforts and drive revenue growth.

Job Summary:

The VP, E-Commerce will be responsible for developing and executing our e-commerce strategy, optimizing our online sales channels, and enhancing the customer experience. This role will lead a team of e-commerce professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue and demand generation goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership for our e-commerce team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Oversee the operation, optimization, and analytics of our e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
  • Manage relationships with e-commerce platform providers, technology vendors, and third-party service providers.
  • Collaborate with marketing and demand generation teams to populate our e-commerce sites with content and capture incoming sales leads.
  • Analyze e-commerce performance metrics and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for site improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS and 10-15 years of relevant working experience.
  • Proven track record as a leader of growing an e-commerce brand.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners and business stakeholders.
  • Past experience managing a P&L.
  • Demonstrate knowledge in all areas it takes to be successful online, including organic and paid search, site design, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
