Position Overview

As a pivotal member of our team, the Studio Operations Manager will work closely with the Studio Owner to enhance client engagement and supervise daily staff functions across multiple locations. This role is crucial for maintaining seamless operations within the studio, ensuring that the Studio Owner is kept informed about significant client matters, ongoing projects, and other essential issues. Responsibilities include scheduling, staff training, studio upkeep, and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients and visitors.
  • Perform receptionist and administrative tasks at the main entrance.
  • Manage client appointment scheduling.
  • Execute opening and closing procedures as required.
  • Maintain a welcoming, clean, and organized environment, including preparation and cleanup for demonstrations.
  • Achieve daily prospecting call targets (minimum of 75 calls per studio).
  • Confirm all scheduled appointments for the day.
  • Implement and uphold studio policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Track and report on studio performance metrics regularly.
  • Prepare reports and documents, including sensitive information, with guidance from the Studio Owner.
  • Generate promotional content for studio programs and events.
  • Ensure coverage for all services and manage client compensation plans during staff absences.
  • Communicate vital information clearly and promptly to staff and team leaders.
  • Collaborate with the Studio Owner and Marketing stakeholders to enhance program visibility.
  • Maintain inventory of studio supplies and promotional materials.
  • Supervise assigned staff and manage personnel-related tasks.
  • Coordinate staff schedules to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Conduct initial interviews for potential candidates.
  • Assist in onboarding and training new employees regarding studio operations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Studio Owner.

Essential Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in office management, with at least 2 years in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in Stretch Zone techniques and operational procedures.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
  • Strong knowledge of standard operating procedures as outlined in the operations manual.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and train a diverse team.
  • Creative, forward-thinking individual with high ethical standards and a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Reliable and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
