Job Summary:

This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of membership data within ABA's Salesforce-based CRM and other associated systems. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies and inaccuracies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain data cleaning reports to identify and correct data inconsistencies, duplicates, and inaccuracies.
  • Collaborate with IT to resolve system-driven data problems and implement data governance initiatives.
  • Process responses from validation programs and bank-level data cleaning projects.
  • Utilize multiple outside sources to identify high-level staff changes at banks and update records in the system accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Two-year degree
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience working with information systems, data cleansing, and report writing
  • Knowledge of SQL preferred
  • Previous experience with Nimble AMS, Salesforce, or similar association management systems preferred

Target Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000
