Job Title: Data Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Specialist to support the integration and maintenance of unstructured and structured data from digital surveys into our NLP tool.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement Verint into Qualtrics and enable the organization with Generative AI (GAI) capabilities.
  • Support the integration and maintenance of unstructured and structured data from digital surveys into our NLP tool.
  • Perform data analysis, validation, cleansing, collection, and reporting.
  • Extract and analyze data from various sources, including databases, manual files, and external websites.
  • Respond to data inquiries from various groups within the organization.
  • Create and publish regularly scheduled and/or ad hoc reports as needed.
  • Document reporting requirements and processes.
  • Validate data components as required.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of auditing and auditing principles.
  • Understanding of structured (attributes, demographics, financial) and unstructured (text) data.
  • Strong QA and QC skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Must possess expert-level knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Basic understanding of Python or SQL.
  • Preferred experience with Verint Survey and Qualtrics NLP.
  • Familiarity with coding and large data sets.

Education Requirements:

  • College Degree required.
  • Degree in a Data/Information Systems-based field preferred.
