What You'll Achieve:
- Drive revenue growth and reduce churn through strategic account management
- Provide exceptional value above and beyond what is currently possible within our product
- Owning a full book of business from onboarding through activation and upsell
- Be an advocate for our customers to build the right products for them
Your Success Will Be Measured By:
- A strong sense of ownership and a desire to make an impact at an early-stage startup
- Eager to learn and solve complex problems with cutting-edge AI applications
- Excited to meet our customers in person and understand their needs
