Assist in achieving financial targets and enhancing budgetary performance.

Ensure daily processing of all operational tasks.

Oversee the completion and approval of all documentation.

Collaborate with the management team to foster innovative strategies for enhancing store performance.

Accountable for maintaining agreed-upon store standards; identify and implement improvements as necessary.

Enhance the leadership capabilities of the team.

Ensure maximum product availability is consistently achieved.

Monitor stock levels that may pose a risk.

Conduct quality assessments regularly.

Manage performance by establishing ambitious goals and conducting regular performance reviews through one-on-one meetings.

Lead, mentor, and support the supervisory team to promote continuous performance enhancement.

Assist the team in effectively addressing customer complaints and inquiries.

Responsible for maintaining high hygiene standards throughout the store and warehouse, ensuring all areas are organized and clutter-free.

Oversee all human resources activities and issues within the store.

Ensure compliance with pricing, merchandising, and legal regulations, including Food Safety protocols.

Maximize and safeguard profitability while motivating store staff to achieve the same.

Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations at all times.

Maintain brand integrity consistently.

Regularly review staff hours to ensure optimal staffing levels for effective store operations.

Work collaboratively with Regional Managers to influence promotional strategies.

Communicate effectively with Head Office.

Take an active role in leading the store when necessary and during duty hours.

Ensure compliance with all relevant Health and Safety procedures and encourage team adherence.

Report Health and Safety near misses actively and promote a culture of reporting among colleagues.

Ensure training for all team members is conducted and documented accurately.

Conduct regular inventory counts and audits.

Act as a gatekeeper for store operations.

Resolve exceptions in the Time and Attendance system within agreed timelines.

Demonstrate commercial awareness and understand the impact of decisions on overall performance.

Exhibit natural leadership qualities with the drive and enthusiasm to achieve results.

Develop proactive plans that align with business and team objectives.

Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to inspire and coach others.

Be hands-on, capable of earning credibility and trust.

Possess the ability to plan, prioritize, and organize workloads in line with operational objectives and strategies.

Food Safety Level 2 certification required; Level 3 is preferred.

Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Experience in managing team members, including handling absence and conduct matters.

Experience in colleague development through performance review processes and individual development plans.

Exhibit full flexibility.

Maintain an open, honest, and positive attitude.

A strong commitment to achieving results and striving for excellence.
