Amazon is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Inventory Manager to join our fast-growing Softlines business unit in Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing best practices in inventory management, supply chain optimization, and operations to maximize customer satisfaction, sales, margin, and inventory turns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement inventory management strategies to ensure optimal inventory levels and reduce stockouts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements in supply chain and operations
  • Analyze complex data sets to inform inventory management decisions and drive business growth
  • Communicate results and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Lead innovation initiatives to drive business growth and improve customer experience

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or operations
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with complex data sets
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of statistics and analytical techniques
  • Experience with SQL and data analysis tools
