Cardiac Ablation Solutions Specialist

Key Responsibilities- Provide technical and clinical support to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system and all Cardiac Ablation Solutions products.
- Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on technical matters relating to Cardiac Ablation Solutions products and related procedures.
- Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic Cardiac Ablation Solutions products and related procedures.
- Understand and support national, regional, and territory sales objectives to achieve or exceed sales goals within all Cardiac Ablation Solutions products.
- Develop and cultivate customer relationships resulting in incremental business.
- Work in partnership with Account Manager, Regional Manager, and Area Directors to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Collaborate and strategize with local sales teams to conduct customer training for mapping and other Cardiac Ablation Solutions products.
- Collaborate and communicate with the sales and clinical teams in the region.
- Serve as an effective Medtronic Cardiac Ablation Solutions representative to physicians and support staff regarding Medtronic Cardiac Ablation Solutions products, service, and support.
- Serve as a regional champion to share your experience and influence others to be proficient in the mapping technology.
- High school diploma PLUS a minimum of 10 years of work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
- Associate degree PLUS a minimum of 8 years of work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
- Bachelor degree PLUS a minimum of 6 years of work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
- B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or technical discipline with minimum of four years work experience in cardiac field, hospital/clinic or sales.
- Proven track record with technical training assignments.
- Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, in a hospital/clinic or EP medical sales providing technical/clincial support.
- Ability to travel more than 25% of the time.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD): $150,000.00 - $155,000.00
