Clinical Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our team at Medtronic. As a Clinical Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing technical, educational, and operational support to our customers in the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) field.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving issues with CRM medical device systems.
- Deliver educational training to customers, including physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff, on CRM products and solutions.
- Assist with sales support, including identifying customer needs and opportunities, and providing feedback to sales representatives to support sales objectives.
- Collaborate with district sales managers, sales representatives, and district managers to learn market dynamics and local customer motivations and needs.
- Stay up-to-date on new products, solutions, and patient management offerings, and complete all assigned training in a timely manner.
- High school diploma or equivalent, plus a minimum of 6 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales, or a related field.
- Associate's degree or higher, plus a minimum of 4 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales, or a related field.
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with peers and colleagues across organization levels.
- Strong work ethic and ability to accomplish objectives of the position.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
