About the Role

As a Cloud Technical Account Manager, you will:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, including IT leaders and executives
  • Provide strategic technical guidance and support to customers, identifying opportunities to optimize their use of AWS services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions, leveraging expertise in architecture, engineering, and operations
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to inform product development and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and growth within our customer base

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or related field, and 2+ years of equivalent work experience, or 4+ years of related work experience
  • Proven experience in technical engineering, information technology operations, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with AWS services and/or other cloud offerings
  • Ability to travel 10% or more as needed
