Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant to join our team at LifeLong Medical Care. As a primary care provider, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care to our patients in underserved communities.
Responsibilities- Provide preventive and primary health services in a community health clinic setting
- Act as an advocate for clients and consult with other health team members
- Maintain client records and perform history and physical examinations
- Order and perform laboratory and screening tests, and provide follow-up care
- Provide education and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers
- Current California NP or PA license
- Training and experience in geriatrics, internal medicine, and/or family practice with board eligibility or certification
- Interest in working with a diverse patient population and commitment to a community health philosophy of prevention and primary care
At LifeLong Medical Care, we offer a competitive salary range of $123,000-$144,000/year, a sign-on bonus, and excellent benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 403(b) retirement savings plan. We are a qualified site for federal and state loan repayment programs and offer a collaborative team model of care.
