About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant to join our team at LifeLong Medical Care. As a primary care provider, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to our underserved community.

Responsibilities
  • Provide preventive and primary health services in a community health clinic setting
  • Act as an advocate for clients and consult with other health team members
  • Maintain client records and perform history and physical examinations
  • Order and perform laboratory and screening tests, and provide follow-up care
  • Provide education and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers
Requirements
  • Current California NP or PA license
  • Training and experience in geriatrics, internal medicine, and/or family practice
  • Interest in working with a diverse patient population and commitment to a community health philosophy
What We Offer

At LifeLong Medical Care, we offer a competitive salary range of $123,000-$144,000 per year, a sign-on bonus, and excellent benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 403(b) retirement savings plan. We are a qualified site for federal and state loan repayment programs and offer a supportive work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
