Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy to attract and engage target audiences, ultimately building your client base.
  • Conduct financial planning meetings with clients and prospective clients.
  • Establish deep, meaningful relationships with clients and create a service model that aligns with their financial objectives.
  • Meet or exceed program standards to unlock additional compensation opportunities and recognition based on your performance.
  • Build a sustainable client portfolio as an independent Investment Consultant.
  • Explore collaboration opportunities with experienced financial advisors as you meet program standards and progress through your training.
  • Adhere to high standards of business ethics and comply with all legal and regulatory requirements while serving clients.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience with a proven record of success.
  • A network of personal and professional contacts in the local area for potential referrals.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional client service.
  • Must not have solicited securities-based business or maintained a securities-based client portfolio in the past 8-10 years.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring future visa sponsorship.

Ability to obtain required licenses within 150 days of hire:

  • FINRA Series 7
  • State Securities (Series 63 or Series 66)
  • State IAR (Series 65 or Series 66)
  • State Life, Health Insurance, and Variable Products lines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A four-year college degree or equivalent experience.
  • Exhibit an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong desire to succeed in a results-driven environment.
  • Willingness to engage in a coaching relationship and participate in peer learning.
