Construction Project Manager

Michael Page is seeking an experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to join one of Cape Cod's most reputable Custom Home Builders.
Job SummaryThe Residential Construction Supervisor will be responsible for leading and managing all on-site construction activities for custom home projects from start to finish. This includes ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and building codes, monitoring project progress, and taking proactive measures to address any issues or delays that may arise.
Key Responsibilities- Project Execution: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including critical milestones and deliverables. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Schedule Management: Monitor progress against the schedule and make adjustments as necessary to meet project deadlines.
- Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control processes to ensure that all construction work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations.
- Subcontractor Management: Select, coordinate, and manage subcontractors and suppliers involved in the construction process.
- Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by enforcing safety protocols and ensuring adherence to relevant building codes, regulations, and permits.
- Cost Control: Work closely with the project team to monitor and control project costs.
- Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients during the construction phase.
- Change Management: Evaluate change orders and modifications to the project scope.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
- 5-10 years of construction/supervisory experience
- High-end residential/custom home experience
- MA-CSL
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and strong organizational skills
