Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to join our field operations team. As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of projects, ensuring they are completed safely and efficiently. You will work closely with our project managers to develop accurate plans for scopes of work, manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects, and mitigate risk exposure.

Requirements
- High School diploma and 10 years of experience in heavy construction in the civil construction industry
- Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in the construction of highways and roads, site work, or other related fields
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and contracts
- General knowledge of construction survey terminology
- Experience working in a self-perform multi-trade project environment
- Understanding of construction layouts and basic understanding of GPS survey equipment and machine control
- Proven leadership skills and ability to delegate work
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to successfully pass a CORI background check
- Have or be able to obtain OSHA 10 certification and first aid/CPR certification

Work Schedule
Our standard office hours are Monday-Friday, 7:00 - 5:00 pm. During the construction season, the construction division is normally at the job-site by 6:00 am and finished by 5:30 pm.
