Construction Project Manager

The Residential Construction Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the construction process of high-end residential projects from start to finish. This includes managing project schedules, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations, and maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Project Execution: Lead and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and building codes.
• Schedule Management: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including critical milestones and deliverables, and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control processes to ensure that all construction work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations.
• Subcontractor Management: Select, coordinate, and manage subcontractors and suppliers involved in the construction process, monitor their performance, and resolve conflicts as necessary.
• Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by enforcing safety protocols and ensuring adherence to relevant building codes, regulations, and permits.
• Cost Control: Work closely with the project team to monitor and control project costs, review and approve subcontractor and supplier invoices, and identify potential cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients during the construction phase, provide regular updates on project progress, and address client inquiries and concerns.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of construction/supervisory experience, high-end residential/custom home experience, a MA-CSL license, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task and organize effectively.
