Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Asphalt Paving Superintendent to join our team at Lawrence-Lynch Corp. As a key member of our construction division, you will oversee hot mix asphalt, curb, and concrete operations from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to high standards.
  • Lead field teams and make critical decisions to achieve success.
  • Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and field teams to deliver a quality product.

Requirements:

  • A High School diploma and 10 years of experience in heavy civil construction.
  • Proven leadership in asphalt paving and crew management.
  • Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in the hot mix asphalt construction.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and contracts.
