- Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Knowledge: Group product lines, or the ability to obtain required knowledge within 3 to 6 months of accepting the position.
- Client Service Experience: Preferably in the area of employee benefits.
- Technical Skills: Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Travel: Ability to travel locally from 5-30% of the time to meet with clients.
- Licensing: PA Life/Accident & Health License required.
