Job Title: Case Manager

Dynamic Workforce Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and organized Case Manager to join our team. As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to job seekers and employers, while also meeting program goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide eligibility determination, orientation, and assessment to job seekers
  • Orient, interview, and counsel customers to determine their career goals and develop a plan to achieve them
  • Recommend training and non-training programs to customers based on their needs and goals
  • Provide career counseling, job development, and placement assistance to customers
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human services, business, education, or related field
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from participants, regulatory agencies, or members of the community agencies and business community
  • Ability to effectively present ideas verbally and give detailed briefings and training classes to staff, management, public groups, and customers
