About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team at Kendall Honda of Eugene. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with guests throughout the sales process to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Present and explain vehicle features, benefits, and competitive sets to ensure a seamless purchasing experience.
  • Handle purchase paperwork and present vehicle protection items in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to guests.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of automotive sales experience.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
