Key Responsibilities
- Job Management: Manage jobs from start to finish, identifying resources and allocating tasks to team members.
- Scheduling and Production: Direct lead technicians in scheduling and production phases of jobs, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Communication and Coordination: Communicate effectively with adjusters, customers, co-workers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections of jobs and recommend further work to adjusters or clients.
- Documentation and Reporting: Gather and review all documents and work orders, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.
- Marketing and Business Development: Market company services to adjusters and potential clients, collaborating with Account Executives to prepare bids.
- Safety and Compliance: Support the Company's safe workplace policies and practices, promoting adherence among team members.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Industry Knowledge: Have thorough knowledge of basic safety standards and work practices.
- Project Management Experience: Proven experience in project management, using project management methodologies.
- Leadership Skills: Experience in leading crews, delegating, and communicating effectively at all levels.
- Certifications and Training: Industry-related certification (e.g., Asbestos Certification) and completion of IICRC Training.
- Technical Skills: Ability to generate reports using Microsoft Suite products (Xactimate is a plus).
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to apply good judgment in making important decisions under pressure.
Working Conditions
- Physical Demands: Climbing, reaching, bending, and lifting heavy objects (up to 50lbs).
- On-Call Rotation: Participate in on-call rotation and work after hours, when necessary.
- Inclement Weather: Work in inclement weather conditions.
- Daily Commuting: Daily commuting is required.
