Job Description

As a key member of our team, the Assistant Manager will play a vital role in steering all store operations to ensure seamless execution and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive sales growth and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a skilled and enthusiastic store crew to deliver outstanding results.
  • Provide inspirational feedback and coaching to foster a motivated work environment.
  • Develop and implement effective employee schedules to optimize store performance.
  • Manage inventory levels, from ordering to stocking, to ensure a well-stocked store.
  • Maintain a safe and welcoming store environment, adhering to company standards.
  • Oversee key financial aspects, including cash handling and inventory management.
  • Assume responsibility for the Store Manager's duties during their absence.

Requirements:

  • 18 years of age or older (varies by state)
  • Access to a reliable vehicle and liability insurance
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and days
  • Fluent in English with basic math skills
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
