  • Repair broken machines quickly and efficiently, minimizing downtime and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare detailed reports documenting work performed, including any modifications or repairs made.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring easy access to tools and supplies.
  • Collaborate with management to schedule regular maintenance on machines, ensuring optimal performance and extending equipment lifespan.

Requirements:

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • 2+ years of experience in mechanical knowledge and heavy truck engine repair.

Physical Demands:

  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
  • Able to bend, stretch, push, pull, and move as needed to reach, clean, and service machinery.
  • Must be able to visually inspect machines.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
