About the Position:

The Alaska Teacher Placement is seeking a qualified Food Service Manager I-S to join our team at Moose Pass School in the Seward Area. As a Food Service Manager I-S, you will be responsible for managing the food service operations, ensuring the health and safety of students and staff, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage food service operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and food preparation
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage procedures
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including equipment and utensils
* Supervise and train food service staff, as needed

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 2+ years of experience in food service management or a related field
* Strong communication and leadership skills
