About the Role:

Fuze HR Solutions Inc. is seeking a Director of Business Development to drive business growth and lead a team in the US water sector. This key leadership role will be based in Houston, TX.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in water, wastewater, or stormwater project management, design management, business operations, or a related field. A Bachelor of Science in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the US water business growth strategy and support the implementation of business plans.
  • Foster, grow, and coach a high-performing team.
  • Negotiate critical issues with clients, partners, and subconsultants.
  • Manage projects in planning, design, and construction of municipal water and wastewater treatment plants, stormwater systems, distribution/collection systems, and pump/lift stations.

Salary:$120,000 - $180,000 per year.
