Director of Business Development

Duty involves managing key performance indicators and the performance of ~ten (10) Business Development Representatives, utilizing Salesforce CRM management tools. Collaboration with operations on retention strategies with sales tactics is also essential to drive year-over-year regional growth.
The primary function of this role includes leading in a fast-paced transactional and strategic sales environment, executing on developed sales strategy for MultiPro Solutions. Responsibilities include tracking, monitoring activity, and redirecting team activity through Salesforce CRM management, 1-1s, and ride-a-longs.
A critical component of success in this role is understanding MultiPro service offerings of make-ready, repair & maintenance, and property improvement projects. Experience selling business-to-business services and knowledge of human resources policies and procedures are highly desirable.
