Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our client's HR department's daily operations. The HR Assistant will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks and support the HR team in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality, and possess an interest in human resources.

Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Maintain and update employee records, both physical and digital.
- Assist in the preparation of HR documents, including employment contracts, job descriptions, and company policies.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, HR events, and training sessions.
- Handle correspondence and communication with employees, applicants, and external parties.
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and company website.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire packets and conducting orientation sessions.
- HR Projects and Initiatives:
- Support the HR team in various projects, such as employee surveys, performance appraisal processes, and training and development programs.
- Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
