Job Overview:

Astyra Corporation is seeking a Mental Health Assessment Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare providers to assess patient care needs and develop effective treatment plans.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health assessment and experience working with individuals dealing with mental illness and intellectual disabilities. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient care needs
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Abstract review-related data accurately and timely
  • Ensure confidentiality of medical records at all times
Requirements:
  • Active license in good standing in Washington State (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, RN)
  • Graduation from an accredited College with a relevant Degree Program
  • At least three (3) years of mental health experience within the past five (5) years involving direct patient care presenting a mental health diagnosis
Salary:

$85,000 - $110,000 per year
