">We are seeking an experienced Educational Mental Health Specialist to join our team in Bremerton, WA. As a key member of the educational team, you will provide critical support to students and staff by assessing, diagnosing, and treating psychological disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide psychological assessments to identify students' mental health and learning needs.
- Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students with emotional or behavioral challenges.
- Assist teachers and support staff in managing classroom behavior and promoting positive social-emotional skills.
- Collect and analyze data on student progress, behavior, and responses to interventions.
- Collaborate with special education teams to tailor strategies for individual student needs.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:

- Masters Degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure as a School Psychologist in the state of employment.
- Certification as a Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) is preferred.
Salary and Benefits
">The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience. This includes a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, professional liability, and both long-term and short-term disability.
In addition, you will receive W2 employment, 401(k) with employer match, and guaranteed hours to ensure stability and consistency in your work schedule.
Interview Process
