**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Adult Inpatient Unit Clinical Assistant to join our team at Kitsap Mental Health Services (KMHS). This is a dynamic opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals facing mental health challenges.

About the Position:

In this role, you will work closely with the treatment team to implement treatment plans, monitor client behaviors, and maintain a safe and supportive environment. As an Adult Inpatient Unit Clinical Assistant, you will also collaborate with other staff members to provide comprehensive care to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement treatment plans under the guidance of the treatment team.
  • Monitor client behaviors and activities to ensure their safety within the AIU.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment per unit protocols.
  • Accurately document client interactions and observations using electronic and paper charting systems.
  • Collaborate with fellow staff members to provide comprehensive care to clients.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in customer service, social services, or behavioral health.
  • Valid Washington Food Handler card.
  • Agency Affiliated Counselor Registration.

Salary Range: $20.07 - $24.58 Per Hour
