Job Description

At Quick Holdings LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to lead our production team in achieving successful order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a labor plan for daily and weekly operations to ensure efficient production.
  2. Assess project requirements and provide input on project budgets and timescales.
  3. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the production area.
  4. Determine and regulate Quality Control Standards.
  5. Oversee the production process and re-negotiate metrics and schedules as necessary.
  6. Select, order, and purchase materials as needed.
  7. Organize the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.
  8. Collaborate with Client Services to meet client needs.
  9. Supervise the work of Production Leads, Production Warehouse Associates, QC Coordinator, QC Leads, and QC Technicians.
  10. Organize relevant training sessions for staff based on areas of improvement.
  11. Oversee all Warehouse Operations, including Order Processing, Quality Control, packing, picking, receiving, replenishment, and inventory management.

Requirements:

  1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  3. Able to learn quickly in a changing environment.
  4. Bachelor's degree or Associates degree from an accredited 2- or 4-year College or University.
  5. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and One Note.
  6. 1-3 years' experience managing 30 or more employees.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. 5 years' experience managing large teams, 30 or more employees.
  2. 1-3 years' experience in a fulfillment-based environment.
  3. 3PL experience.

Work Environment:

  • This is a position operating out of a Warehouse environment in Atlanta.
  • Warehouse Environmental Conditions:
  • Moderate noise level in the work environment.
  • Work environment is indoors.
  • Warehouse temperatures may vary depending on outside temperatures.

Physical Demands:

  • Sight: Must be able to see well enough to read product lot numbers and expiration dates, read reports, and use a computer.
  • Hearing: Must be able to hear well enough to communicate in person or via technology, and to hear warning signals of forklifts and warehouse equipment.
  • Standing: Must be able to stand for shift duration.
  • Walking: Must be able to walk without assistance to perform job duties.
  • Mobility: Must be able to be mobile to operate warehouse machinery.
  • Sitting: Must be able to sit for shift duration.
  • Stooping, Kneeling: Must be able to stoop or kneel for short periods of time.
  • Lifting: Must be able to lift 50 lbs – 70 lbs.
  • Hand Mobility: Must be able to have mobility in hands to open and seal packaging, utilize keyboard functions, and utilize phone systems.
