ManTech is in search of a dedicated and skilled Policy, Doctrine, and Initiatives Strategic Analyst specializing in PSYOP, Deception Operations, and CA/CMO.

Role Overview: The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting Marine Corps interests by developing and evaluating Policies, Doctrines, and Strategic Initiatives related to PSYOP, Deception Operations, and CA/CMO, alongside other interconnected Information Related Capabilities.

This position necessitates an active DoD TS/SCI security clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and establish doctrine and policy for PSYOP, CA/CMO, and Deception Operations.
  • Possess experience in operations within the Information Environment (OIE) and translate concepts between Information Operations and OIE.
  • Demonstrate fluency in the resourcing, employment, and readiness across OIE functions and Information Related Capabilities.
  • Assist in the creation of Doctrine, Policy, and Service publications.
  • Exhibit familiarity with PSYOP, Deception Operations, and CA/CMO as they pertain to OIE.
  • Contribute to the development of technical requirements for solution advancements.
  • Engage with Joint and service-level OIE initiatives and emerging capabilities.
  • Support policy formulation and program guidance regarding knowledge creation, capture, collaboration, sharing, and transfer of OIE capabilities.
  • Collaborate with organizational OIE representatives and Executive Staff to facilitate the integration of OIE Program Areas and Objectives.
  • Implement OIE concepts, processes, tools, foundational technologies, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Utilize analytical and evaluative methods, including data analysis.
  • Assist in developing training materials and provide training on tools, techniques, and standard operating procedures.
  • Prepare senior-level briefs and reports, articulating concepts, policies, and processes clearly in both written and oral formats.
  • Work independently while fostering relationships within the organization to support IKM initiatives.
  • Adapt to evolving tasks associated with the development of emerging capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • B.S. or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in PSYOP, Deception Operations, CA/CMO, and SOF Environments is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • M.S., M.A., or MBA.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and related applications.
  • Familiarity with training platforms.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with various levels of senior management.
  • Proficient in decision-making and problem resolution.
  • Capable of multitasking and working both independently and collaboratively.

Physical Requirements:

  • This position is primarily sedentary.
  • Regularly operates a computer and other office productivity equipment.
