Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for clinical programming and market-driven clinical niche opportunities
  • Collaborate with national teams and subject matter experts to ensure alignment and consistency
  • Model, coach, and validate delivery of high-quality care and compassion to internal and external customers
  • Ensure compliance with city, state, and federal regulations, and oversee Quality Reviews and Plans of Correction
  • Maintain familiarity, knowledge, and compliance with clinical operations expectations
Requirements
  • Must have an RN license in all states served by this position
  • Certification in Quality or commitment to obtaining certification in Quality
  • Certified Yellow, Green, or Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma or commitment to becoming certified at a minimum of a Yellow Belt
  • Experience as a Director of Nursing in a long-term care facility preferred
  • Knowledge and experience of long-term care required

  • Competitive salary range: $130K- $140K / year
