  • Problem Solving: Utilize critical thinking skills and independent judgment to resolve complex learning design and technical issues.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open and clear communication channels with stakeholders.
  • Coach and Mentor: Provide guidance and coaching to team members on instructional design best practices.
Requirements
  • At least 6 years of experience in instructional design, training facilitation, and/or learning consultation.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Problem solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience as an Instructional Designer in a similar role.
  • Experience working with subject matter experts to identify learning outcomes and write objectives.
