ManTech is seeking a dedicated and skilled Policy, Doctrine, and Initiatives Strategic Analyst focused on Psychological Operations (PSYOP), Deception Operations, and Civil Affairs/Communication Management Operations (CA/CMO).
Role Overview: The Strategic Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting Marine Corps interests by developing and evaluating Policies, Doctrines, and Strategic Initiatives related to PSYOP, Deception Operations, and CA/CMO, alongside other interconnected Information Related Capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and establish doctrine and policy for PSYOP, CA/CMO, and Deception Operations.
- Demonstrate experience in operations within the Information Environment (OIE) and possess the ability to bridge understanding between Information Operations and OIE.
- Exhibit fluency in the resourcing, employment, and readiness across OIE functions and Information Related Capabilities.
- Assist in authoring Doctrine, Policy, and Service publications.
- Show familiarity with PSYOP, Deception Operations, and CA/CMO as they pertain to OIE.
- Contribute to the development of technical requirements for solution development.
- Engage with Joint and service-level OIE initiatives and emerging capabilities.
- Support policy development and program guidance regarding knowledge creation, capture, collaboration, sharing, use, and transfer of OIE capabilities.
- Collaborate with organizational OIE representatives and Executive Staff to facilitate the integration of OIE Program Areas and Objectives.
- Implement OIE concepts, processes, tools, foundational technologies, methodologies, and best practices.
- Utilize analytical and evaluative methods and techniques, including data analysis.
- Assist in the development of training materials and provide training to personnel on tools, techniques, and standard operating procedures.
- Prepare senior-level briefs and reports, articulating concepts, policies, and processes clearly in both written and oral formats.
- Work independently while fostering relationships within the organization to support Information Knowledge Management initiatives.
- Perform additional tasks as required during the development of emerging capabilities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in PSYOP, Deception Operations, CA/CMO, and Special Operations Forces (SOF) environments is essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree (M.S., M.A., or MBA).
- Proficiency in Office 365 and its applications.
- Working knowledge of training platforms.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with various levels of senior management.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Capable of multitasking and working both independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:
- This position is generally sedentary.
- Regularly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.
