Prevention Central is a dedicated non-profit organization focused on empowering fathers and caregivers through community outreach initiatives. We are in search of a committed individual to take on the role of Fatherhood Program Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enroll a minimum of 100 fathers and caregivers each year.
- Connect participants with essential resources and support.
- Conduct assessments for program eligibility and referrals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting on referrals.
- Enhance program visibility through community engagement efforts.
- Facilitate educational workshops for fathers and male caregivers.
- Offer ongoing support to program alumni.
Required Qualifications:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in community outreach or a related field.
- Proven experience in executing outreach and engagement services.
- Experience working with underserved communities is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
