Job Description

Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County is seeking a skilled Fatherhood Educator to support the delivery of Project FACT, a program aimed at promoting positive fatherhood and family relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating evidence-based curricula, assessing participant progress, and referring fathers to community resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality training sessions to fathers and father figures, utilizing evidence-based curricula.
  • Assess participant progress, collecting and reporting data as required.
  • Collaborate with the Program Manager to monitor program data and outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners to enhance program delivery.
  • Prepare regular progress reports to inform program development and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience in social work, education, or youth development.
  • Strong teaching and facilitation skills, with experience working with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or relevant software programs.

Work Environment:

The Fatherhood Educator will work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development. The successful candidate will be required to work some weekend and evening hours, as needed.
