We are urgently seeking a highly skilled Sr. Sales Hunter to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new logos in the insurance vertical.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customize engagement models to suit client requirements and deliver engagements on a multi-year roadmap.
  • Create opportunities to engage with client stakeholders in domain and technology specific dialogue to promote IRIS business interests.
  • Develop and execute an account plan to grow the relationship footprint and create new opportunities.
  • Engineer deals and run the sales cycle by guiding the presales/delivery teams.
  • Manage and lead the IRIS team at the customer location.
  • Update management on potential risks/issues and opportunities in an account.
  • Handle escalations and negotiate with customers as required.
  • Practice a disciplined approach to forecast revenue every month and manage profitability of the account(s).
  • Lead the consulting and delivery teams through client environments and align their conduct and activities to promote IRIS business interests.
  • Set priority tasks for each day to execute prospecting and outreaches daily and capture outcome.
  • Building a point of view on how to help qualify customers' needs.
  • Managing a high volume of inbound/outbound engagement with a strategy on prioritization of your leads.
  • Track, analyze and report on sales performance and activities in Salesforce and other reporting tools.
  • Provide accurate and timely forecasts of sales opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain records of customer activity for reporting of sales and forecasts.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to management.
  • Coordinate closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained and revenue objectives met.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years relevant work experience in direct sales for new logo customers (hunting) with proven record of quota attainment.
  • New Logo acquisition experience - Insurance.
  • Ability to manage high volume of work while maintaining a high degree of responsiveness.
  • Team Player is key for this role.
  • Proven ability to build relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional customer service and relationship building/maintaining skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal skills and can work effectively with a diverse group of personalities.
  • Ability to travel as required by customers.
