Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled RN - Clinic Manager to lead our Care Management Department at Providence Portland Medical Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the direction and management of the department, providing leadership and oversight for the clinical care management model, staff of approximately 24-31 FTE, budget of approximately $2.9 M, and operations of the care management department for the facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and oversight for the clinical care management model
  • Manage a team of approximately 24-31 FTE staff
  • Oversee the budget of approximately $2.9 M
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the care management department
  • Collaborate with all other disciplines to promote team functioning and advance the clinical care management model
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • ~ 2 years Supervisory experience, including program planning, performance management, staff development and evaluation
  • ~1 year Care Management experience
  • ~Utilization Review/Quality Management
  • ~ Case Management
