We are seeking a highly skilled RN - Clinic Manager to lead our Care Management Department at Providence Portland Medical Center. Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and oversight for the clinical care management model

- Ensure the smooth operation of the care management department
- Collaborate with all other disciplines to promote team functioning and advance the clinical care management model
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

- ~Utilization Review/Quality Management
- ~ Case Management
