Care Management RN Director

Providence Portland Medical Center seeks a skilled Care Management RN Director to lead our inpatient Care Management Department. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the direction and management of the department, providing leadership and oversight for the clinical care management model, staff of approximately 24-31 FTE, budget of approximately $2.4-2.9 M, and operations of the care management department for the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and oversight for the clinical care management model
  • Manage a team of approximately 24-31 FTE staff
  • Oversee the budget of approximately $2.4-2.9 M
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the care management department

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License
  • 2 years Supervisory experience, including program planning, performance management, staff development and evaluation
  • 1 year Care Management experience
  • 3 years Relevant experience in one or more of the following areas: Social Services, Utilization Review/Quality Management, Case Management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Nursing
