Responsibilities- Oversee clinical staff performance and provide coaching and mentoring to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement clinical best practices to improve patient outcomes and staff efficiency.
- Collaborate with the clinic leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans to improve patient care and staff satisfaction.
- Provide education and training to clinical staff on new procedures and technologies.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing with a minimum of 3 years of recent RN experience.
- National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- 3 years of experience managing complex patients or successful completion of the RN Ambulatory Residency program.
- Experience providing clinical education to clinical support staff in an outpatient/ambulatory care/medical group environment.
- Experience working in an ambulatory setting.
- 3 years of experience providing progressive leadership, clinical staff education, competency development and evaluation, staff training and performance evaluation.
- 3 years of experience providing patient education.
