We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor RN to join our team at Providence Medical Group. As a Clinical Supervisor RN, you will play a critical role in overseeing the clinical staff, providing coaching and mentoring, and implementing clinical best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the clinical staff, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Implement clinical best practices and develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide patient-centered care and improve patient outcomes.
- Develop and maintain a culture of safety and quality within the clinical team.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff members.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing with a minimum of 3 years of recent RN experience.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- Current Washington Registered Nurse License (for locations in Washington).
- Completion of an ONS-approved chemotherapy course and maintain certification.
- Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and maintain certification.
- 3 years of RN experience managing complex patients or successful completion of RN Ambulatory Residency program.
- Experience providing clinical education to clinical support staff within an outpatient/ambulatory care/medical group environment.
- Experience working in an ambulatory setting.
- 3 years of demonstrated experience with providing progressive leadership, clinical staff education, competency development and evaluation, staff training and performance evaluation.
- 3 years of experience providing patient education.
