Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of clinical staff to provide high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement clinical best practices, policies, and procedures.
- Coach and mentor staff to improve clinical skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience in managing complex patients or successful completion of RN Ambulatory Residency program.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an ambulatory setting.
- 3 years of demonstrated experience in providing progressive leadership, clinical staff education, competency development, and evaluation.
