Job Summary

The Clinic Nursing and Quality Supervisor is a key member of the clinic leadership team, bringing a professional nursing perspective and expertise to the group while upholding clinical practice standards. This role is responsible for overseeing clinical staff performance, coaching, mentoring, developing, and implementing clinical best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of clinical staff performance, including coaching, mentoring, and developing clinical best practices
  • Leadership and management of clinical staff in an ambulatory care setting
  • Development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
  • Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Participation in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety efforts
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent education/experience
  • Minimum 3 years of recent RN experience, with experience managing complex patients or successful completion of an RN Ambulatory Residency program
  • Experience providing clinical education to clinical support staff in an outpatient/ambulatory care/medical group environment
  • Experience working in an ambulatory setting, with demonstrated leadership and management skills
