Key Responsibilities- Oversight of clinical staff performance, including coaching, mentoring, and developing clinical best practices
- Leadership and management of clinical staff in an ambulatory care setting
- Development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
- Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
- Participation in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety efforts
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent education/experience
- Minimum 3 years of recent RN experience, with experience managing complex patients or successful completion of an RN Ambulatory Residency program
- Experience providing clinical education to clinical support staff in an outpatient/ambulatory care/medical group environment
- Experience working in an ambulatory setting, with demonstrated leadership and management skills
