General Manager Opportunity

Vertex Service Partners, a leading residential home improvement services company, is seeking a seasoned General Manager to drive growth, performance, and culture at one of its partner brands.

About the Role:

  • Oversee all aspects of a location's day-to-day operations, driving growth, performance metrics, and creating an amazing workplace culture.
  • Develop and execute strategies to capture a major MSA through organic growth, adding trade lines, and possibly tuck-in M&A.
  • Lead a team of A-players, fostering a culture of growth, and driving results through data-driven decision making.
  • Collaborate with Vertex executive leadership and management teams at partner brands to achieve shared goals.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of P&L management experience.
  • 1-3 years of sales and marketing management experience.
  • 1-3 years of transformation/change management leadership experience and/or project leadership.
  • 5-7 years of professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Home services industry or military experience.
